Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately stack building materials (lumber, bricks, concrete, etc.) at the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled workers with framing, drywall hanging, concrete pouring, and general cleanup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality control procedures.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Communicate effectively with the crew lead and other team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8-hour shifts outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- No prior experience is required; we train our own.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
