Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) and power tools
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist in setting up/breaking down job sites daily
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Jacksonville/Georgia
- Basic construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
