Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled trade professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site preparation duties, including digging, tamping, and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and supervisor instructions to ensure project accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
