Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely using proper lifting techniques
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Perform physical tasks like digging, trenching, and debris removal
- Participate in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
- Follow verbal instructions and adapt to changing project needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Tampa metro area
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
