Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal
- Support skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for early morning and weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Drug-free and able to pass background check
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
