Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor at construction sites (demolition, excavation, site prep)
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Complete daily time tracking and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic tool knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, dust)
