Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and transport them to work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely, including drills, saws, and levels.
- Mix concrete and prepare surfaces for masonry or finishing work.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and job site protocols strictly.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the construction site.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other crew members.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
