Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction activities, including carpentry, drywall, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks and transport materials to and from work areas.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
