Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
- Prepare and clean job sites daily
- Assist carpenters and other skilled trades
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform physical tasks (lifting, digging, carrying)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
