Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and earthwork operations with precision
- Handle material handling, loading/unloading equipment, and inventory management
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and job site cleanliness protocols
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) is mandatory
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
