Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials
- Load/unload heavy equipment, tools, and supplies using proper lifting techniques
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, trench digging, and scaffold erection
- Operate light machinery (jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily site cleanup and waste management
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Previous construction labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Basic hand tool proficiency
