Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, hauling, and loading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily job duties.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
