Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and safety plans.
- Unload and stock materials from delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
