Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for the job site.
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with daily tasks.
- Operate basic power tools and heavy machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform excavation, digging, and general site cleanup.
- Measure and cut building materials to specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic math skills for measurements.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
