Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain safe work areas and follow OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload trucks and organize supplies at job sites
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and scaffolding
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- No experience required – all training provided on-site
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Pass basic background check (no felonies)
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (5 AM start)
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
