Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with precision and safety awareness
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades to ensure seamless project execution
- Inspect materials and equipment for compliance with blueprints
- Support emergency repairs during off-hours operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Knowledge of hand/power tools and construction terminology
- Reliable transportation for shift-based work
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
