Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespeople with project-specific tasks
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
