Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Load and unload construction equipment, tools, and materials from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools safely under supervision.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
