Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen and foremen with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks and dollies.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, trenching, and debris removal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
