Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Assist with site preparation, including cleaning and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe worksite.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety guidelines.
