Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under close supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Assist with site cleanup and waste removal after work hours.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training and mentorship.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
