Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, wheelbarrows)
- Maintain a clean, safe worksite by removing debris and following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Follow verbal instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings to understand project requirements
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train motivated individuals!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
