Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste sorting.
- Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure project quality standards are met.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as required.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) regularly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Experience with construction tools is a plus but not mandatory; we train the right candidates.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
