Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials across job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Load and unload trucks and materials as directed by site supervisors.
- Stand, walk, and work on various terrains for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long hours in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not required for all roles.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as project demands require.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
