Responsibilities
- Assist with daily construction site operations and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from foremen to ensure project accuracy.
- Perform general cleanup duties after daily operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow all safety protocols.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Experience in construction is preferred but not required.
