Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (backhoes, forklifts, etc.) with proper certification
- Assist carpenters and masons with material installation and structural assembly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to maximize efficiency
- Inspect tools and equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction machinery
- Strong attention to detail and precision in task execution
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas Valley
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as project demands
