Your Responsibilities
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations:
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Follow blueprints and project instructions accurately.
- Perform site preparation tasks including digging, hauling, and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
