Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks at construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall installation, or site preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as needed.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
