Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our weekend crew to support various commercial and residential construction projects in the Louisville and Ohio border region. Your role will be vital in ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Complete daily logs and report any safety concerns or material shortages immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
