Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for daily use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the work site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality protocols.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and basic demolition duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple blueprints or instructions.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
