Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including framing, roofing, and concrete work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools (power saws, drills, etc.).
- Perform site preparation, including digging, grading, and clearing debris.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed on site.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
