Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman or lead.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks as needed.
- Site Prep: Perform basic site preparation tasks, including digging, leveling, and cleaning.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we offer paid training for the right candidates.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
