Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials such as lumber, bricks, and concrete blocks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Dig trenches, grade sites, and prepare surfaces for concrete pouring.
- Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
