Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various construction tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery, including forklifts and skid steers, safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, erecting barriers, and ensuring a clean work area.
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate construction standards.
- Perform daily inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be available to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
