Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties on site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or site plans when directed.
- Perform minor site preparation and cleanup tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience needed; a strong work ethic is the only requirement.
