Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on construction sites (digging, lifting, carrying materials)
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with scaffolding, demolition, and site prep
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA protocols
- Load/unload equipment and materials using forklifts or cranes
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
