Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and erect scaffolding
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on-site tasks
- Complete daily time logs and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
