Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials on construction sites.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the job site.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform strenuous physical labor.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
