Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate power tools and equipment such as saws, drills, and generators safely.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for long hours.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
