Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with on-site tasks and projects.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up barriers.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.
