Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the site.
- Assisting Trades: Support skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons, by providing necessary labor and support.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment for the entire crew.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing waste materials and sweeping areas as needed.
- Documentation: Complete daily time logs and reports accurately as required by site supervisors.
Qualifications
