Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols at all times
- Participate in scaffold setup, trenching, and demolition tasks
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Punctual with strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Must possess own basic work boots and work gloves
