- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and terminology.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus.
