Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, marking areas, and ensuring the work area is safe and organized.
- Material Handling: Transport, load, and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks to job sites efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
- Assistance: Support skilled workers (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks such as measuring, cutting, and holding materials.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Communication: Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with the project team.
