Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment under supervision
- Operate hand/power tools safely (training provided)
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
