Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including debris removal and ground leveling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow OSHA protocols
- Support skilled trades with material handling and task execution
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
- Complete basic maintenance of tools and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
