Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Read simple instructions and collaborate effectively with team members
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily reports and maintain job site cleanliness
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to complete company-provided safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
