Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Unload materials from trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Signal operators of machinery to facilitate safe operations.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience required; paid training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
