Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks and duties.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools, such as forklifts, jackhammers, and drills, under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring debris removal and safety compliance.
- Prepare job sites by digging trenches, mixing concrete, and laying groundwork.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or site plans.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
