Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials at the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
